GenHap, a novel evolutionary approach for haplotyping, published on BMC Bioinformatics

GenHap is a novel evolutionary method to solve the haplotyping problem. basically subdivides the data into multiple independent combinatorial subproblems, each solved using a separate genetic algorithm.
