New publications added
Two papers were published on December 31st, 2018. They are both contained in the Proceedings of the European Conference on Parallel Processing (Euro-Par 2018), volume 11339 of Lecture Notes on Computer Science.
Specifically, the two papers are focused on two problems in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology: the inference of haplotypes and the analysis of the parameters space of a complex biochemical model of multiple sclerosis. In both works, High-Performance Computing represents the core of the technologies.
Here are the papers:
Tangherloni A., Rundo L., Spolaor S., Nobile M.S., Merelli I., Besozzi D., Mauri G., Cazzaniga P., Lio P.: High Performance Computing for Haplotyping: Models and Platforms, 24th International European Conference on Parallel and Distributed Computing (Euro-Par 2018), Lecture Notes on Computer Science vol. 11339, pp. 650–661, 2018
